Welcome to Anything We Deliver (“AWD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Anything We Deliver website, mobile applications, delivery services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Anything We Deliver provides delivery services that connect customers with participating merchants and independent delivery personnel (“Drivers”) to facilitate the delivery of eligible products.

To use AWD, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age required for the services you are using.
• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

AWD provides a technology platform and delivery coordination service that connects customers, merchants, and Drivers.

AWD does not manufacture, produce, or independently sell products listed by participating merchants.

Products purchased through AWD are supplied by participating merchants. Merchants are responsible for:

• Product descriptions
• Product availability
• Product quality
• Product legality
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

AWD is responsible for facilitating delivery services according to availability and operational capacity.

When you place an order through AWD:

• You agree that all information provided is accurate.
• You authorize payment for the order total, including applicable fees, taxes, and delivery charges.
• Orders may be accepted, rejected, delayed, or canceled due to availability, location, payment issues, or legal requirements.

Prices, availability, and delivery times may change without notice.

Certain products may require age verification, including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, or other regulated items.

Customers ordering age-restricted products agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Present valid government-issued identification when required.
• Allow the Driver to verify identity and eligibility before completing delivery.

AWD and its Drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if:

• Valid identification is not provided.
• The recipient does not meet legal requirements.
• The recipient appears unable to legally accept the delivery.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information.
• Be available to receive deliveries.
• Treat Drivers and merchants respectfully.
• Not use AWD for unlawful purposes.
• Not provide false identification or account information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone authorized and eligible is available to receive deliveries.

Drivers providing services through AWD must:

• Follow AWD delivery procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Verify customers when required.
• Protect customer information.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on:

• Order status
• Merchant policies
• Product type
• Delivery progress

AWD may deny refunds for completed deliveries, incorrect customer information, unavailable recipients, or situations outside of AWD’s control.

Customers should contact AWD regarding:

• Missing items
• Incorrect orders
• Delivery problems
• Account concerns

AWD will review reported issues and determine appropriate resolutions.

You may not use AWD to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Submit fraudulent orders.
• Provide false identity information.
• Harass Drivers, merchants, or AWD employees.
• Attempt unauthorized access to AWD systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWD is not responsible for:

• Merchant products
• Product quality or defects
• Delays caused by merchants, weather, traffic, or circumstances outside AWD’s control
• Customer-provided inaccurate information

AWD’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

AWD may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Create safety risks.
• Abuse the Services.
