Delivery Fee

The base fee helps us provide:

   •    The ability to order from multiple stores and categories in one delivery, so you get everything you need without stacking fees

   •    No markups — you pay exactly what the items cost in-store, unlike other platforms that inflate prices

What the delivery fee covers:

   •    Fair wages for our drivers

   •    Gas and mileage costs

   •    Wear and tear on vehicles

   •    Time and effort to get your order right — even if it comes from multiple stores

All alcohol and tobacco deliveries require valid ID at the door — no exceptions.

Payment Policy

Please include your order details when sending payment. Orders will NOT be processed or delivered until payment is received.

We use these payment methods to help prevent chargebacks. In the past, some customers have received their items and still requested refunds, so this policy ensures fairness for both parties.
